I created this today to send to a friend who’s birthday I missed. I am absolutely the worst when it comes to birthdays, really, it’s pathetic. Hopefully she will like this card and I will be forgiven. I used the sketch from Crazy 4 Challenges. It’s been a while since I’ve played along in a challenge, and it was fun to play again. This is a great sketch too! The image is one of my faves from Whiff of Joy, and was colored with Copic markers. I added some stickles to the flowers in her bouquet and hair. The sentiment is from StudioG and I embossed with clear EP. I had the strip of Basic Grey paper sitting on my desk, so that is where my color inspiration came from for the rest of the card.
Hope everyone had a fantastic weekend!! We went and saw New Moon yesterday…..{sigh} I tell ya, seeing Taylor Lautner shirtless may be enough to turn me Team Jacob….{ducking now from the thrown objects from Team Edward gals….} What a hottie!! My hubby even chuckled when Taylor took off his shirt and I squeezed my hubby’s arm and let out a sigh.

Love your card Jami. How bright and festive. We saw New Moon yesterday and my daughter has decided she’s a team Taylor. More of a man’s man – know what I mean? Don’t get me wrong – Edward’s still dreamy, but Jacob is a hottie.
